Way of looking at problems
One of our core beliefs is that technology is much more powerful and, more importantly, much more flexible, than many realise. We have built ourselves, our development processes and our software around flexibility and the freedom to extend and adapt whenever the urge descends.
This attitude pervades our approach to problems and opportunities equally, both have scope for success and both are challenges, and challenges are much more fun.
Iterative development
Our development involves as many people as possible as often as possible and as consistently as possible. Our sites are open to our internal testers and the client throughout development, we have no secrets. Timely feedback from clients allows us to respond quickly to their requests and allows them to see results very quickly.
Our quick cycles of development allow for very smooth and targeted action by the developers to refine features to exactly the specification and finish required.
There is no escaping the fact that your organisation will have to work with this system, and we will support you while you do. Therefore, it is in everyone's best interest to refine the system to a position which works best for all.
