Why we do it

A little of what goes on in our heads...

When you're choosing a technology partner, knowing why they do the job they do is one of the most important questions you can ask. Understanding the driving forces behind the people you're putting your business' future in is of the utmost importance.

We believe technology is consistently and badly misrepresented in the media, "common sense" and in people's attitudes to it. We love technology, as Gordon Ramsay loves fine food, and to see so many take such a slapdash attitude to it pains us. We know technology can be a force for good, we know it can genuinely help people and businesses to become more efficient and more competent and we want to spread this knowledge to as many as possible.

Information is an immensely powerful asset. We live in an era where it is easier than ever to develop strong bonds with customers and clients, regardless of industry. If a firm cannot identify their most profitable customer, most reliable customer and most evangelical customer, they are missing out on a whole world of opportunities.

Technology should not force people to change. Working practices are honed over years of iteration and should not be abandoned at the drop of a hat. To change the way a firm goes about its business because the current way does not fit with a software package is madness in the extreme. One size does not fit all, and and organisation's software and web presence should reflect that.

Put simply, if you want attention to detail, fanatical dedication and a wealth of experience, you know who to call.....no, not Ghostbusters... *sigh*
